Katana Gaming was created in May 2020 , during the early stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Founding owners Katana Heffy & Katana Peck created Katana Gaming as place for like minded gamers & friends to stay connected through an unprecedented time that impacted everyone in the world.

Registered as a limited company in Dublin November 2020, it has always been the ambition of Katana Gaming to become Ireland's main eSports Organisation focusing on Content, eSports , Community and Events. Throughout the years Katana Gaming has gone from strength to strength, partnering with the likes of FaceIT for Events & Recast for Content. Katana's content creation team has flourished with talent representing the brand on multiple platforms. In regards to eSports KG have many teams including known players and aspiring talent on titles such as Call of Duty , Apex and CS:GO.
